8th March 2009 Windsurfing: Brog Wind Direction: SSW Wind Stength: 4-7 Surf / Sea State: 1' chop Air Temperature: 8.5.... 7 Sea Temperature: Weather: Squally Max Speed: Distance Covered: Tough day, cold but good solid wind most of the day. Nice ramps and a good direction. Mike was screaming on his slalom, Col, Mike Ralph were blatting around. John Mich was doing his thing. Phil & Anette retired early on I think. I felt good - a bit of decent fitness really helps. I'll pedal to work tomorrow. Today me gybing was working really well. I did some good tacks on the 83 too, pleasantly surprised. My GPS said 35.4mph, not sure I beleive it.... |
